About Hearts Care Services
Our Story
Hearts Care Services was founded in 2017 with a passion for providing high-quality home care services to seniors and individuals living with disabilities. Our founder, who has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has worked as a Community Matron in the NHS, recognised the need for personalized, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Our Services
We offer a range of home care services to elderly people who need assistance with everyday activities of living, including skilled person centred care such as:
- Personal care
- 'Good morning' start to the day which includes help to get up, wash ,shower or bath, get dressed and have breakfast
- Ensure a timely prompt for medication when due
- Light meal preparation and drink
- Light domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing either on a regular basis or a 'spring clean'
- Shopping support, bring it back and put it all away
- Companionship, sit down for a crossword puzzle or simply watch the telly together
- Emotional support
- At the end of each day provide help getting ready for bed
Additionally we offer intermittent care, respite care and night support. Our services are designed to help our clients maintain their independence and achieve their health and wellness goals in the comfort of their own home.
